I buy the Philadelphia blocks of cream cheese which is one of the lowest carb cream cheeses. But you can buy any brand as long as you check the list of ingredients and make sure it doesn’t have any added sugar, starches, or additives.

Always buy the full-fat cream cheese because lite cream cheese (or low-fat cream cheese) may be lower in fat and lower in calories, but they often add sugar and additives to give it the same creamy texture as regular cream cheese.

  3. Neufchâtel cheese – is a soft spreadable cream cheese from France. You can swap for cream cheese 1:1. It may not be as rich and creamy.

Pour heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl or your stand mixer. Continue to whisk until stiff peaks form. In another large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese with powdered sweetener until smooth. Slowly fold â…“ of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
