Have fun, get messy at 4-H Fair ‘Color Me Green’ run – Hamilton County Reporter


County residents can join the 4-H Program for the seventh annual one-mile “Color Me Green” Fun Run on Monday, July 18.

Registration will begin at 11 am and the one-mile run will start at 11:30 am Participants should meet south of the commercial tent on the 4-H Fairgrounds, 2003 Pleasant St., Noblesville. This event is sponsored by Breathe Easy Hamilton County and the Hamilton County 4-H Council, Inc.

This event takes place in conjunction with the Hamilton County 4-H Fair. The cost is $10 per person with a maximum of $25 per family. Volunteers will also collect canned goods during registration. All goods collected will be donated to Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank. Registration forms and waivers can be found in the Purdue Extension Hamilton County Office or by clicking here. The Color Me Green Mile Fun Run is non-competitive. Run or walk with friends, get messy, and support a healthy lifestyle.

Breathe Easy Hamilton County is an alliance supporting smoke-free air at work and in public places and promoting tobacco-free living to reduce mortality and morbidity rates.

The Hamilton County 4-H Fair is organized and sponsored by the Hamilton County 4-H Council, Inc. and Purdue Extension Hamilton County.
