How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

These pictures represent 12-weeks’ progress.

I weighed 125 pounds when I started and now I weigh 113 pounds.

I also lost an inch off both of my thighs, my waist, and my hips.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut for 9 weeks and lost 10 pounds. I then reverse dieted and lost another 2 pounds. I’m currently increasing my calories even more to enter into a bulk, but my weight has not increased.

Throughout my time on Thinner Leaner Stronger, my strength has increased significantly and it continues to every week!

What workout split from the book did you use?

I started with the 5-day split and included three 30-minute sessions of HIIT (sometimes I did four since I love cardio so much)!

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I’m a personal trainer so I’ve never followed anyone else’s plans or programs. However, my brother started the Bigger Leaner Stronger program and began sending me picture of his meals, his macros, and messages telling me about his great strength and fat-loss progress on the program.

When I saw him on our family holiday, I was so impressed by how good he looked that I decided to pick up Thinner Leaner Stronger!

What do you like most about the program?

It’s so easy! The results are surprisingly quick, I’m never hungry, and I’m so much stronger!
