“I gained strength quickly and started to see changes in my body after just few weeks!”

How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

This is 6 months progress.

In the first picture, my weight is 70 kg (154 pounds) and body fat percentage is around 14%.

In the second photo my weight is 78 kg (171.6 pounds) and body fat percentage is 10%.

What has happened so far on the program?

It took me a few weeks to understand how much I really have to eat, but after that, I started to gain strength and weight really quickly.

I started out with these stats: Bench 65 kg (143 pounds) x 6, Squat 70 kg (154 pounds) x 6, Deadlift 50 kg (110 pounds) x 6, Military Press 35 kg (77 pounds) x 6.

Current stats are Bench 82.5 kg (181.5 pounds) x 6, Squat 90 kg (198 pounds) x 6, Deadlift 80 kg (176 pounds) x 6, Military press 52.5 kg (115.5 pounds) x 6.

What workout split from the book did you use?

The 4-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I have watched a lot of Youtube videos and read a lot of articles about bodybuilding, so I thought that within Bigger Leaner Stronger I wouldn’t find any new information. Prior, I thought that I just wasn’t trying hard enough which is why I wasn’t seeing results.

What do you like most about the program?

I like that I started to see changes in my body after just a few weeks! I didn’t do some of the basic exercises like the deadlift and squat in the past, so I quickly noticed development in my leg and core muscles.

The lifting was heavy, but it’s much better than how I was training before. I had been lifting for a few years without any results.

Also, I fell in love with flexible dieting–this changed entirely the way I eat! I finally started to include dressings and ”not so healthy” food in my meal plans.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I loved that this program gave exact instructions on how to measure progress and what to do next. Other programs focus only on 1 problem or 1 stage of the journey.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

My life-long dream was to become a fitness model, but after years of trying I was about the give up. After 6 months on the program I felt so motivated, that I decided to share my journey with the world and started my Instagram channel.

I would recommend this program to anybody who wants to change the way they look and eat!
