*Ras el hanout is a standard Moroccan seasoning constituted of coriander, paprika, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, crimson pepper, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, clove, and allspice. 

**In case you don’t have contemporary apricots, use frozen and thawed, or canned and drained apricots (scale back cooking time with canned apricots). You can too use ¾ cup dried apricots which have been soaked in a single day in water and drained. 

To make this recipe gluten-free, use cornstarch as an alternative of flour.
