LITTLE ROCK, ARK (Aug. 23, 2022) – Registration is now open for the Little Rock Marathon Health and Fitness Expo. The Expo serves as race headquarters for all athletes, volunteers and spectators, and is a key component of the weekend’s activities, Expo Director Brandy Dixon said.
The 21stSt The annual Little Rock Marathon Race Weekend will be March 4-5, 2023.
“We’re excited to open registration for the 2023 Health and Fitness Expo,” Dixon said. “Since the Expo is open to the public, vendors are able to capture a wider audience and promote their brands beyond just our Athletes,” she said, noting that the event is free to the public.
Dixon said Expo guests will see a variety of vendors and experiences during the two-day event, which will be held at Little Rock’s Statehouse Convention Center in downtown.
Marathon Chick-in-Charge Geneva Lamm noted that Race officials are seeing a renewed sense of enthusiasm from the community regarding early registration numbers for the race, a trend which Dixon is cautiously optimistic will spill over to the Expo.
“After two races with very limited capacity, we are hopeful that the Expo will also start moving towards a full capacity event,” Dixon said.
The Expo features exhibitors showcasing a wide array of products and services geared towards runners, walkers and health-minded consumers, as well as the latest advancements in distance running and walking, fitness and nutrition.
