How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

This is 10 months’ progress.

While bulking: I gained 15 pounds — from 150 pounds to 165 pounds.

I cut for the last 3 months and lost 11 pounds of fat — from 165 pounds to 154 pounds.

During my cut, I dropped from 14% body fat to 9% body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

I bulked for 7 months. In the last week of bulking, I got to consume 4,000 calories every day! I was able to increase my overall muscle strength and developed my muscles more too.

I cut for the last 3 months and shed 11 pounds of fat. During the cut — even in a negative energy balance of 1,900 calories — my total strength did not decrease.

What workout split from the book did you use?

The 5-day split with my workouts being 60 minutes in duration. I also did 60 minutes a week of HIIT and football on weekends.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing, really. It was the best and most effective training program I have ever done. Using the knowledge I already had combined with the knowledge I learned from Bigger Leaner Stronger, I was able to achieve incredible results.

What do you like most about the program?

It was easy, provided results, and I liked the shorter and more effective training style.

I also increased my torque, power, and my visible results.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

The training and diet program make a perfect match as opposed to other programs out there. I adapted my diet to the foods I like  — such as bread and corn cakes — along with other functional foods to reach my goals for muscular definition. I juggled between a variety of foods which worked really well for me.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I’m stronger and satisfied with my physical form and power. My body also serves as a positive advertisement to attract clients who want me as their instructor for bodybuilding training.

My goal with the training information was to be able to put it into practice and integrate it into my routine.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I’d recommend this program to the people who have failed to succeed using other training methods or junk programs that don’t guarantee you any chance of results.
