Daiki Axis India expands business in Southern India
Chennai, May 13 (UNI) Daiki Axis India on Friday opened its first office in Chennai in the presence of industry leaders and officials from the Urban Development and Municipal Administration of Chennai. A company release said very soon, Daiki Axis will set up its manufacturing plant and facilities in Southern India with an approximate investment of around Rs 500 crores over a period of next three years. This would be an extension of the organization’s vision of opening facilities in Southern India, to promote the concept of decentralized STPS, treat at site and use at site. This development will create many new jobs for skilled and unskilled local people, women and professionals. It shows Daiki’s interest and commitment to the Indian market. The release said Daiki Axis India is keen to work on a Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model for public infrastructure projects and initiatives for enhancement of clean water, sanitation, hygiene and healthy lifestyle. The activities of Daiki Axis included sharing its expertise and knowledge of planning, design, construction, and maintenance of various types of Decentralized wastewater treatment equipment STPS using Japanese Johkasou Technology and products. manufacturing, distribution, designing, and construction of products in the future in Southern India, capacity building of local government authorities, companies, users and workers by providing training and supporting skill development programs in the emerging area of Waste Water Management, provide the technology under PPP mode to make it cost effective and sustainable for local governments to own and sustain the new technology and scale it up.
