GB Foods Ghana, manufacturers of Gino and Pomo range of products, recognizes the important role that mothers play in the everyday lives of children and their families at large.
To celebrate and appreciate those strong and illustrious mothers, GB foods GH organized an event named ‘My Mom, My World, Her Legacy’.
This was done by launching a digital / social media activity where nominations were solicited from the public to share those beautiful and memorable stories about their mothers on the GB foods digital / social media handles. (Facebook and Instagram).
Ten lucky winners were selected to enjoy a special Mother’s Day lunch date with their mothers at La Badi beach hotel, Spa treatment and products from GB Foods.
Present at the event was nutritionist – Renee Opare – Otoo, who spoke on the importance of good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle to help mother navigate their various roles with their children and families.
Also speaking at the event, the Category Managers, Fifi Intsiaba and Yaw Amponsah Darko shared their appreciation to all mothers for their love, guide, support, and mentorship to children across the world.
Gracing the occasion were the GB Foods Brand Ambassador, Jackie Appiah and Adjetey Anang to celebrate the mothers.
Jackie Appiah being a mother and mother figure also thanked all mothers and cheered them to continue with their good work of molding the younger generation and being a strong pillar of support.
All mothers were treated to relaxing massages, pedicures and manicures at the GB Foods SPA booth.
The mothers were given the opportunity to speak on the joys of motherhood and share their experiences to inspire other mothers.
