PHOENIX – A new high-intensity interval training studio opened in Gilbert and offers 50-minute HIIT workouts paired with upbeat music.

Set Apart group fitness opened the doors of its first location on the corner of Cooper and Warner Roads.

The 3,000-foot gym is equipped with Rogue Assault Bikes, Concept 2 Rowers, Concept 2 SkiErgs, dumbbells and free-weights, according to a press release.

Four trainers work to provide high-level group exercises with a rotating daily schedule.

There are full body workouts each day. Monday and Thursday have upper body focuses while Tuesday and Friday focus on the lower body, according to the release.

“We are very excited to open our first gym to host people who want to level up their fitness in a welcoming and inspiring environment,” co-owner Colette Washington said in a statement.

“We have carefully selected our fitness instructors to motivate and inspire our athletes during each workout. Our workout is carefully curated to fit many different fitness levels and we are so happy to bring it to Gilbert. ”

The gym also offers free lockers and towel service, and merchandise is sold in the lobby.

Customers can try a class for free, and there are several memberships and packs to choose from.

Memberships are available for purchase online.
